Terms of Operation

1. Service Tiers & Feature Allocations

Blockade is provided under two primary functional tiers:

• Free Pass: Provides up to 2 domain block rules, up to 2 recurring focus schedules, and a fixed 2-minute temporary access bypass window operating locally within your Chrome browser.
• Pro Pass (14-Day Free Trial, 6-Month Pass & 12-Month Annual Pass): Unlocks up to 50 domain/subdomain rules with custom categories, up to 10 automated focus schedules, extended temporary access windows (15, 30, and 60 minutes), and cross-platform Private DNS protection across Android, iOS, Windows, macOS, and ChromeOS.

Infrastructure Retention upon Plan Expiry: Dedicated Private DNS profiles and server-synchronized schedule allocations are reserved exclusively for active Pro Pass accounts. Upon plan expiration or non-renewal, external DNS filtering endpoints are deactivated immediately. If an account remains inactive for more than 7 days following expiration, the remote Private DNS container and server-synced rule tables are automatically purged to release infrastructure resources. Local browser rules remain under your manual control.

Attempting to reverse engineer, tamper with client-side verification parameters, or redistribute modified extension binaries is strictly prohibited.

2. DNS Protection & Network Limitations

The Multi-Device Protection Hub operates by intercepting domain resolution lookups via secure Private DNS. While this blocks target endpoints across modern mobile and desktop operating systems, certain applications that utilize hardcoded IP addresses or proprietary DNS-over-HTTPS resolvers may bypass external DNS filtering. Blockade cannot block connections that circumvent standard system DNS resolution.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to build sustainable focus habits with confidence. If Blockade does not fit your workflow, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Approved refunds are processed via our merchant of record (Dodo Payments) and typically settle within 5–10 business days.

4. System Liability & Operation Disclaimer

Proappkart Blockade operates as a localized barrier within the client browser (for offline/free usage) and connects via secure cloud synchronization and encrypted Private DNS endpoints for authenticated Pro tiers. All blocking rules, focus schedules, and temporary bypass phrases are established and managed under user discretion. Proappkart Technologies Inc. assumes no liability for unintended domain blocks, workplace scheduling conflicts, productivity variances, missed deadlines, business disruptions, lost data, or external applications utilizing hardcoded resolvers that bypass system DNS resulting from user-configured domain locks or temporary access windows.

5. Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

Free Pass & Trial Usage: The Free Pass tier and trial periods are provided strictly on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind. Proappkart Technologies Inc. carries zero financial liability and provides no monetary remedies, damages, or claims for users operating on the Free Pass tier.

Paid Pro Passes & Pro-Rata Remedy: Blockade utilizes third-party infrastructure providers (including cloud databases and encrypted DNS routing networks) to deliver multi-device synchronization and filtering features. In the event of a permanent service discontinuation, significant upstream platform shutdown, or prolonged failure of core infrastructure, the maximum collective liability of Proappkart Technologies Inc. shall not exceed the pro-rata monetary value of the unused duration remaining on the customer's active paid pass term (calculated strictly from the date of service cessation to the scheduled pass expiration date).

Proappkart Technologies Inc. assumes no liability for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages—including lost profits, lost data, productivity variances, missed workplace deadlines, or application-level connection failures resulting from hardcoded IP routing or system configuration conflicts.
