1. Service Tiers & Feature Allocations

Blockade is offered across distinct subscription tiers:

• Free Pass: Allows you to block up to 2 active domains, set up to 2 automated focus schedules, and utilize 2-minute temporary bypass sessions.
• Pro Pass (Trial & Paid): Expands capacity up to 20 domains, 20 automated focus schedules, extended bypass windows (5 & 15 minutes), and multi-device DNS protection profiles.

Subscription status is authenticated through secure cloud infrastructure. Attempting to reverse engineer, bypass tier checks, modify local extension code to unlock restricted features, or redistribute the software without authorization is strictly prohibited.

2. DNS Protection & Network Limitations

The Multi-Device Protection Hub utilizes domain name resolution (DNS) filtering. While this blocks access across most apps and browsers, certain third-party native apps use hardcoded IP addresses or internal resolvers that bypass external DNS. Blockade cannot intercept connections that do not use standard DNS lookups.

3. Refund Policy

We want you to be confident in your decision to build better digital focus. If Blockade does not meet your workflow requirements, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing [email protected]. Refunds are processed through our merchant payment gateways and typically take 5–10 business days to reflect on your statement.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Blockade is a self-directed productivity tool designed to help you enforce self-discipline. You remain entirely responsible for the domains you block, the focus schedules you establish, and the deliberate bypass challenge phrases you enter. Proappkart Technologies Inc. shall not be held liable for any missed deadlines, financial losses, work interruptions, or data delays arising from your use of domain blocks, scheduled lockouts, or temporary bypass windows.
